In fremden Betten / artist book / 2006
I stayed with various families as I traveled, and I took photographs from the beds I slept in, discovering that this was the only place of my own while I was away from home. The book is about the distance and closeness one can experience in a foreign place, and about memories one collects in a place that can never be your own, but that you find yourself in nevertheless.
